Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and any applicable taxes.

To request a return, email annathelabel.store@gmail.com Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Sizing:
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Exchanges for a different size or an item of equal or higher value are allowed. Price differences must be covered by the customer.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, unless the return is due to our error.
